MENU : New Frontiers Natural Marketplace for SHARED OR PRIVATE Wine Tour

New Frontiers uses only the freshest and often local ingredients, containing no preservatives, additives, or artificial ingredients. They use organically grown fruits, vegetables, and grains whenever available. Their chicken and turkey meat is naturally raised without growth hormones or antibiotics.

SANDWICHES

Options: Sandwiches are listed with bread option. For dietary restrictions we can offer gluten free wrap as option. Feel free to customize your order (i.e. no mayo, add avocado, no onions, dairy free, etc) All sandwiches come with blue corn tortilla chips and fresh salsa. 

  • Avocado Delight  – Avocado, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, vegenaise (veggie mayo), and Spike seasoning on fresh baked focaccia bread.
  • California Focaccia – Olive tapenade (olive spread), avocado, roasted red pepper, sprouts, cucumber, feta, and tomato on fresh baked focaccia bread.
  • Grilled Portobello – Marinated grilled portobello mushroom, roasted red peppers, spinach, jack cheese, balsamic glaze, and vegenaise, on fresh baked focaccia bread.
  • Roasted Eggplant – Roasted eggplant, jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, vegan pesto mayo, on fresh baked focaccia bread.
  • Turkey Galore- Roasted turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, cucumber, carrots, onion, mustard, mayo on multi-grain sourdough bread.
  • Pesto Blackened Chicken- Blackened chicken with pesto vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, carrots, and cucumbers on fresh baked ciabatta bread.
  • Ortga Chile Blackened Chicken – Blackened chicken with green ortega chilies and melted Jack cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and cilantro mayo on fresh baked ciabatta bread.
  • BBQ Blackened Chicken – Blackened chicken with house-made BBQ sauce, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo on fresh baked ciabatta bread.

Industrial Eats is quality-centered, featuring seasonal dishes every year, all sourced from sustainable farms, purveyors, ranchers, growers, fishermen and wild foragers. Respectfully honest great food.
